If we need additional time, we will notify you of the extension (up to an additional 45 days). We may need to verify your identity before processing your request by matching information you provide with information we already have on file. In accordance with California law, we respond to a maximum of two access requests from the same consumer in a 12-month period.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. To do so, the agent must provide (1) your name, email address, and phone number, (2) their own name and email address, (3) a signed written authorization from you, or a power of attorney valid under California law. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. Reply "HELP" for assistance. Message frequency varies. Standard messaging and data rates from your carrier may apply. We will never send automated marketing text messages without your prior express written consent, as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227). Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property or service from us.

Nevada Residents
